Archival Consultancy Projects

The National Archives

Eneclann produced a database of the National Archives’ pre 1858 indexes to Wills and Administrations, including indexes to 35,000 original documents and indexes to the Crossle Collection, Thrift Abstracts, Jennings’ Abstracts and Inland Revenue Will and Administration Books.

The finished product includes over 100,000 names and over 70,000 records, and is an invaluable research aid. This database is published on CD-ROM.

The Old Library, Trinity College Dublin

Expanding and improving on the existing archival database in use at the Museum.

Eneclann were contacted by the library to list this collection at very short notice, we were able to recruit 2 archivists and have them placed in Cork within 2 weeks. Eneclann produced a full descriptive list of this collection to tie in with a large academic project.

Wexford Opera Festival
Eneclann produced a database listing of the Festival’s archives to tie in with its 50th anniversary and have since further developed the database system, and made additions to the original list.
